In early April 2001, HBP was engaged by Shanghai Krupp Stainless Co., Ltd., a joint venture between Krupp Thyssen Stainless ( 60% interest) and Shanghai Pudong Iron & Steel ( 40% interest) to provide project management services to the main administration building for a stainless steel processing facility in Shanghai, China.
