    Project Description:

    The project is a furniture manufacturing facility on a green field site. The project includes the main manufacturing building with area approximately 16,600 m2 set on a single level. That is expandable to two levels with provision already made for this expansion. There is an expandable to 3 levels office/canteen/short stay/store area, which shall initially be on two levels. The project includes Covered Bicycle & Car Parking structures to cater for 200 parts.
