“The Nam Hai speaks for itself both in terms of quality and scale. Constructed in Hoi An, HBP commenced with a plan of 6 major construction packages. With contractors struggling for resources in the remote area of Hoi An, the number was increased to 36. Even with such a major change to the contracting strategy, the project achieved soft opening after only 18 months of construction.
