    Nestlé Distribution Facility

    Project Description:

    The Nestle Distribution facility was one of the first projects of its type in Vietnam in that it’s structure was a build-to-suit and lease-back arrangement with a local developer. HBP was engaged to represent the interests of Nestle during the process but was also able to manage the expectations of both parties to ensure the success of the project. The GFA of stage 1 is 35,000 m2, and the project is located in Dong Nai, Vietnam.
